Shipping & Delivery

Most international orders arrive approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. In most cases, customers should allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer completes payment.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Casa Nocte is not responsible for charges imposed independently by customs authorities or local governments.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an error is discovered after placing an order, customers should contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the information where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

If a shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, customers should contact support@casanocte.com with their order number.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment and logistics partners and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
